We are happy and proud to announce that Este Restaurant is the winner in Author’s cuisine Category at the annual Bacchus magazine awards ! The complexity in the preparation of meals and the healthy food concept of our chef Dimitar Damyanov received deserved recognition for the second time and we got The Ladle!
The official ceremony took place on 31 March and traditionally it was accompanied by a demonstration dinner prepared by some of the best chefs in Bulgaria. Among them, of course, was our chef Dimitar Damyanov! He presented restaurant Este with a beef variation.
We thank the jury for the recognition, we congratulate all the winners and Red Devil and SEC for the perfect organization of the event, and we wish all our friends creativity and even more delicious dishes that bring happiness in your life!
